Return and Refund Policy

Customers must alert CBO AUS within 24 to 48 hours if products received fail to match the agreed specifications or contain printing errors. The consumer must pay return shipping fees for products returned within seven working days and provide evidence of defects. There is no money-back guarantee. The printing service will produce replacements for eligible orders according to CBO AUS Policy. There will be no refund for any order however, we will offer replacement boxes within 24 to 48 hours.

Cancellations, Order Placement, and Payment

Every price shown on the CBO AUS website is denominated in Australian dollars. The processing of orders begins when full payment including taxes and shipping fees is received. Customers can cancel their orders within four hours following proof approval by paying a cancellation fee which consists of $100 plus 5% of the order's total cost. Customers will incur a fee equal to 50% of their order's value for cancellations made after 24 hours to cover production expenses. Once production commences, cancellations are not permitted.

Submitted Artwork and Files

The customer must verify that their uploaded artwork meets CBO Aus requirements of 300 dpi resolution and CMYK colour mode. CBO AUS cannot be held accountable for printing mistakes that occur due to the submission of low-resolution files or incorrect formats by customers. By uploading artwork users demonstrate their ownership rights and authorised use of the files. CBO AUS maintains the authority to decline any orders containing objectionable, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

Colour Accuracy and Proofs

Production can only proceed after the customer has thoroughly reviewed and approved the proofs. Production turnaround times may extend if there are delays from delayed approval processes. Any mistakes overlooked during proof approval that affect colour accuracy or design layout will not be CBO Australia’s responsibility. Printing process limitations may result in small variations between the final colors and the original design specifications. CBO AUS makes no promise to achieve exact color matching during production.

Tax Policy

Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid tax exemption certificate when placing their orders. Breach of these terms and conditions.

The website prohibits users from infringing upon third-party rights which encompass intellectual property rights. Unauthorized access and harmful activities involving the website or its content are prohibited. CBO Australia's responsibility for damages or claims related to the disputed product or service ends with the customer's payment, which covers all liabilities including those stemming from negligence.
